FixTrade is a business platform for trades businesses, operated by FixTrade AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, as a network on the Sois platform. FixTrade AI LTD is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. This notice explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Account details for the businesses that use FixTrade, the business data a business chooses to store (such as jobs, properties, stock and bookings), and limited technical data needed to run and secure the service.
Customer data held by a business
When a business takes a booking, the customer details it captures belong to that business. The business is the controller of that data; FixTrade processes it on the business's behalf.
How we use it
To provide the service, to keep it secure, to bill for usage, and to support the businesses that use it. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Use the data-rights form and the request reaches the right team.
